In which Santana knows Quinn’s crush on Rachel…

This whole scene Santana is just like, “Okay. I’m here. Trying to show support. But how stupid is this wedding? Can’t she see it’s killing Quinn? Of course she’s not here yet, she’s probably still at home crying about losing Rachel. I really wish she would just come in and stop the wedding, but we have to be realistic here.”

“Face it, Quinn’s not coming.”

The split second of a look after Santana finally says that out loud shows she knows something again. The comment started out bitchy toward Rachel because Santana is secretly mad at the girls ignorance, but then turns into sympathy and helplessness because she knows more than everyone else but she can’t do anything to help her BEST FRIEND get with the girl she’s in love with…

How can she possibly have fun like the other bridesmaids when she knows Quinn’s world is about to come crumbling down… AGAIN.

Lets not forget BRITTANY S. PIERCE in this scene. The first gif we see her glance at Santana with her LOOK. The same look she always gives Santana when she knows something is hurting her or making her sad. Brittany knows. Santana knows.

Maybe they even had some hope at one point that Quinn would burst in and stop Rachel from making a horrible mistake. Maybe at some point they were planning a speech with Quinn about what she would say. Maybe Puck was in on it. Watch the whole scene again and look at his face. He knows the wedding is wrong, but could it be for the same reason Brittana knows?
